Parfait Co. is a fine patisserie located in Golden, Colorado, where creativity meets unceasing determination in search for excellence. What has started as an unlikely project has grown and flourished into a place of celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and passion. The essence of Parfait Co. lies in our commitment to crafting delectable treats with premium all-natural products while prioritizing eco-conscious practices. Respecting nature and using high-quality ingredients in our artisanal work is at the core of Parfait Co.

At Parfait Co., we truly believe that only by working together great things can be achieved. That is why we are proud to say that we are using Valrhona products in all of our creations. Valrhona has been producing the world’s finest chocolate in the small town of Tain-l’Hermitage in Hermitage, France, a wine-growing district near Lyon since 1922. Strong innovative approach, as well as, commitment to social and environmental responsibility has always been and remains at the heart of Valrhona development model, which allows the company to remain an undoubted leader of the industry. In order to deliver superior taste in our products, we select only best quality French fruit purees and berry powders to flavor our desserts.

THE PASTRY CHEF

The owner of Parfait Co. Yeva Pankrutskaya is an entrepreneur and a proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Following the continuous thirst for knowledge, Chef Yeva attended French Pastry School in Chicago, learning and adopting new techniques from some of the well renowned international pastry chef consultants. Her relentless curiosity and passion took her to Spain, Germany and France, including the latest internship this summer at Patisserie FINE of Sébastien Serveau in Versailles.
